What happens during treatment?
You will have a consultation to establish what you want to achieve from the treatment along with any health concerns.
The first part of the massage will be carried out seated on a chair. Upper clothing may be removed for warm oil application and a warm towel provided to wear. Massage can be given fully clothed without using oil on the skin and a towel provided if you wish to have oil applied to your hair.

After treatment you will be given water to drink and asked to rest while after care information is given.
